The 2014 proof minted in West Point offers the finest quality. The Silver Eagle Proofs were minted at San Fransisco from 1986-1992, then from 1993-2000 at Philadelphia, and lastly from 2001-2020 at West Point.

History of the 2014 American silver eagle proof
The collector coin is a combination of work from Adolph A. Weinman and John Mercanti. On the obverse side is U.S. Mint designer Adolph A. Weinman’s popular “Walking Liberty” strolling through an open field. Lady Liberty is wearing a star-spangled toga with a variety of oak and laurel in one hand and the other extending to greet the new day.
The reverse pictures John Mercanti’s “Great Seal of the U.S.” This image includes the American bald eagle spreading its wings holding a scroll in its beak that reads, “E Pluribus Unum.” In one talon it has an olive branch with arrows. It has a small “w” under the olive branch that represents the West Point Mint and the engravers initials “JM” under the arrows.
