How Long Until My Order Ships?
- We ship all orders (except for pre-order items) within 5-7 business days once payment is cleared. Once shipped, orders under $500 ship via USPS Ground with tracking, orders between $500–$3,000 ship via USPS Priority Mail with signature required and tracking, and orders over $3,000 ship via FedEx Ground with signature and tracking. If shipping will take longer, you will be notified or it will be stated next to the "checkout" button.
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
- Orders under $50 ship without tracking via USPS and generally take around 5 business days to be delivered from the day of shipment.
- Orders under $500 ship via USPS First Class Mail and generally take 2-5 business days to be delivered from the day of shipment.
- Orders over $500 ship via USPS Priority Mail and generally take 1-3 business days to be delivered from the day of shipment.
How Do I know When My Order Ships?
- We will automatically notify you via email when your order ships with the tracking number, so you can track it along the way.
Will I Need To Sign For My Package?
- Any order over $250 will require a signature at delivery.
What Is Your Return Policy?
- We will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and certified coins can not be removed from their holders.

How Long Does It Take to Process A Return?
- We will issue you a refund for returned goods within 48 hours of them being delivered to us.
How Long Will It Take For Me to Hear Back If I Emailed Customer Service?
- We strive to answer all inquiries as soon as possible. You should hear back within a few hours of sending an email if you send one during normal business hours of 9-5 EST. If it is before or after these hours, you should expect and answer when we re open.
