The Barber Half Dollar, minted from 1892 to 1915, is a piece of American numismatic history. Designed by Charles E. Barber, the Chief Engraver at the United States Mint, this coin series replaced the Seated Liberty design that had been in use since the 1830s. Charles E. Barber's design was selected after a public competition failed to produce a suitable successor to the Seated Liberty coinage. The obverse of the Barber Half Dollar features Lady Liberty's profile, adorned with a Phrygian cap, a symbol of freedom and the pursuit of liberty, encircled by 13 stars representing the original colonies. The reverse showcases a heraldic eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows, embodying the nation's readiness for peace but preparedness for war.

We have assembled this trio of Barber Half Dollars just for collectors. This trio showcases mixed dates across three decades of the coin's run, from the 1890s-1910s.
