This 2oz antiqued coloured silver coin is second of its kind, portraying an original painting of a yongka (kangaroo) bounding through green grass and ochre rocks of the boodja (lands of the Nyoongar nation).

Obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, also include are the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "1952-2022", "AUSTRALIA 2023", "2OZ .9999 Ag 2 DOLLARS".

Reverse the coin’s reverse design represents a yongka, the Nyoongar name for kangaroo. The yongka is bounding through clover-green grass and ochre rocks of the boodjar lands of the Nyoogar nation. On top are the gradually darkening night sky shown in turquoise, blue and black dots. These dots represent djinda, the Nyoongar word for "star. "Also in the night sky there is the Perth Mint’s "P" mint mark.
