2021 is the year for new coins! The Morgan and Peace Dollars are being re-issued to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Last and First years of issue respectively. These Morgan Dollars will be struck at the Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Denver mints, just like they were a hundred years ago!
What makes this re-issue so exciting is that the Philadelphia Mint will also strike Morgan dollars with the privy marks that pay homage to the mints of the original coins in Carson City and New Orleans! These mints are no longer in use, but were so influential in the history of the Morgan Dollar. The Peace dollar will be struck in a stunning High Relief to really highlight the beauty of the design, making this re-issue stand out.
