That may seem typical, but these are Mint State Silver Eagles! The San Francisco and Philadelphia Mints usually only mint Proof Silver Eagles. But unlike the Silver Eagles that normally come out of the sister mints, these coins have no mintmarks! Due to this, these coins were all assumed to be normal West Point issues, but the Freedom of Information Act later revealed that a small number of 2017 Silver Eagles were minted in Philadelphia and San Francisco too.
