Many think that the 1990 Proof Silver Eagle is an undervalued piece and we can't say we disagree. It is one of the only Proof Silver Eagles minted prior to 2001 that can be owned for less than $500. These 1990 Proof Silver Eagles were minted at the San Francisco Mint and bare the "S" mintmark.
NGC has certified each piece in perfect PF70 Ultra Cameo for its stunning eye appeal, perfect surfaces and stunning black to white contrast. Each certification label is also hand signed by John Mercanti, designer of the Silver Eagle. He has only signed 245 of these pieces according to the NGC Census!
