Collect prehistoric beasts immortalized in silver! This unique 1 oz Silver coin is dedicated to the Auroraceratops rugosusa, small herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Early Cretaceous period. The Dinosaurs in Asia series is comprised of 12 coins each featuring a different dinosaur that has been discovered in Asia. The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of Samoa and Queen Elizabeth II surrounded by all the images of all Dinosaurs discovered in Asia, with the silhouette of Auroraceratops rugosusa selectively gilded. The reverse design shows an interpretation of what the Auroraceratops looked like when it was alive, as well as its skeleton selectively gilded. Only 3,000 pieces were minted, and each comes in a specialty capsule and box. This egg-shaped coin is an incredibly unique piece to collect!
