So, only 8 years of Silver Eagles have the "P" Mintmark! The 1998 Proof Silver Eagles had a mintage of just 450,000, which is very low. Of that mintage, only 257 have a perfect PF70 UCAM grade from NGC and the signature of Thomas Uram!
