In 1995 the US Mint issued a special 10th Anniversary Set that featured four gold eagles and one silver eagle. The set had the 1/0th oz, 1/4 oz/ 1/2 oz, and 1oz gold and then 1 oz silver. All coins were struck in proof condition and made by the West Point mint in NY. The Silver Eagle would become the most sought after of all time as only 30,125 sets were ever made. At one point the 1995 W Silver Eagle reached over $80,000 alone at auction in a perfect 70 grade!
