1929-S Mercury Dime
The 1929-S Mercury Dime had a total mintage of just over 4.7 million coins struck at the San Francisco Mint. For a coin with a low mintage and with the ‘S’ mint mark found on the bottom of the reverse of the coin, the 1929-S Mercury Dime can be found in some of the highest Mint State grades and lower prices, especially for a San Francisco minted coin. This coin would add great value to a collection without breaking the bank, and has been found up to around MS68 and MS67+ in Full Band versions.
