The 2001 Silver Buffalo was a one year only issue from the U.S. Mint and contains almost 1 oz of silver. It was used to gauge interest for the 2006 Gold Buffalo to come in the future and was met with huge demand! Only 227,131 were minted and only 2,692 or about 1% of that number have ever been certified in perfect grade MS70 by PCGS. In fact, this is one of the lowest mintage silver coins ever released from the United States Mint. Due to their super low mintages, we don't get these in very often. Get yours while you still can!
Highlights:
- ONLY year of issue!
