His era is marked by the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Eastern Han dynasty, as evidenced by Kushan embassies sent to the Han court.

They often depict his bust adorned with a Greek royal headband and bear the title “Basileu Basileuon Soter Megas,” which means “King of Kings, Great Savior”. These coins were crucial in identifying him, especially after the discovery of the Rabatak inscription, which linked his name to the title on the coins.
