1907 O Barber Dime
The 1907-O Barber Dime had a total mintage of over 5 million coins struck at the New Orleans Mint. This coin features the ‘O’ mint mark that is popular among collectors, right alongside the popularity of the ‘S’ mint mark for San Francisco. The 1907-O Barber Dime commands a premium in lower Mint State grades, but is relatively easy to find in higher Mint State grades. The rarity of the 1907-O Barber Dime is pretty equal to the rarity of the 1907-S Barber Dime, but not as rare as the 1907-D Barber Dime. All four issues of the 1907 coins would make a valuable addition to a Barber Dime series collection.

The design on this coin features a right facing profile of Lady Liberty on the obverse wearing an olive branch crown with a ribbon, and a headband with “LIBERTY” inscribed on it. The reverse of the coin features a wreath of corn, oak and maple leaves, and wheat, and frames the word One Dime.
