Licinius II, was the son of Licinius I and was named Caesar at the age of 20 months old. His mother was Constantine the Greats half-sister. He is believed to have been killed in 326 CE, on the orders of Constantine, along with Constantines own son Crispus and his wife Fausta. He was in some way implicated in the false accusations, including incest and rape made by Fausta against Crispus. On discovering them to be untrue, Constantine had Fausta killed. It has also suggested that he was sold into slavery to work in an imperial textile factory in Africa.
