The 1991 Korean War Memorial Silver Dollar commemorates the 38th Anniversary of the end of the Korean War. The obverse features an infantry man running uphill as designed by the famous John Mercanti. The reverse of this silver dollar features a map of Korea divided by the 38th parallel. These 90% silver dollars have a limited mintage of just 213,049, which makes them one of the lowest mintage modern silver coins produced by the U.S. Mint. Only 501 of these pieces have ever been certified by PCGS in perfect grade MS70 as these are! This coin is even more scarce than the rarest of Silver Eagles! We think think this may be an undervalued piece at this price...
